Why This Document Exists
All living systems are vulnerable to corruption.
They can be corrupted by time, by those seeking power, or by well-meaning followers who drift into preservation rather than inspiration.
Most organizations: whether spiritual, charitable, or political – eventually become dependent on the very problems they claim to solve.
To sustain themselves, they need a continuous stream of those in need. They stop seeking the cure and start managing the disease.
TULWA is different. It is designed to end.
This document is the firewall against distortion. It sets out the structural limits of this work to guarantee it remains a field of inspiration – never a cage, a cult, or a doctrine.
1. The End of the Work
TULWA’s core development has an end date. There is no infinite update cycle.
There is no “next great revelation” waiting behind a paywall.
The core structure will be completed by me, Frank-Thomas Tindejuv. Once the structure is built, the work is done.
Any further teaching or commentary is just personal interpretation, not an official expansion.
2. No Successorship
When I am gone, the evolution of TULWA as a living philosophy ends.
There will never be any official successors, stewards, priests, councils, or guardians of this work.
Anyone claiming such authority has missed the core entirely.
If someone rises up claiming to be the “new voice” of TULWA, know this: they are acting against my explicit intent. They are not carrying the flame; they are trying to own the fire.
3. The Lifeboat Clause
TULWA is alive only while it inspires, illuminates, and catalyzes your own transformation.
If ever this body of work hardens into dogma, is used for control, or feels like a cage – you are explicitly instructed to question it, abandon it, or dismantle it.
If you see hierarchies forming, or if a “movement” begins to demand allegiance, the highest act of integrity is to invoke this clause: leave.
The only true membership is to your own clarity.
4. The Trap of Dependency
I did not build this to create a community of followers. TULWA was built to inspire sovereign individuals.
If you find yourself orbiting this philosophy, unable to move without it, you have turned the tool into a crutch.
You are meant to use these tools to break free – to reclaim your right to shine your own light without the shadow of others.
You must walk on without needing me. Without needing this. It must become a part of your own recalibrated mindset.
Then it is not TULWA. Then it is you.
5. Legacy and Copyright
I use copyright as a shield, not a sword.
It exists to prevent commercial hijack and to ensure the core materials remain free and unaltered. It does not exist to enforce loyalty.
You are free to use, adapt, and remix these tools for your own growth.
If you teach them, do so as yourself, not as an inheritor or interpreter. Share TULWA and offer your experiences with TULWA – but do so willingly and freely, and don’t try to occupy TULWA.
Occupy Yourself, and set TULWA free.
Final Statement
TULWA Philosophy is a signal and a mirror. Its field is clear. Its path will always be open.
Its legacy is not an organization. Its legacy is you – standing on your own, thinking your own thoughts, walking your own path.
If TULWA ever becomes anything else, let it die. That is the only way to keep the truth alive.
